There are 2 BioBays in the North-PR.
There's one in Laguna Grande Fajardo. That's okay, you can run it on kayaking, but can not swim.
Here is my analysis of the trip:

You can) and a trip to the Biobay Mosquito Bay in Vieques to see. This is) clear (less light pollution. You can go in a speedboat, you will find in the bay, swimming in her lunch and return to the main island from 10:30 p.
Here's that information:

Before deciding to travel to check the date to ensure that the moon does not ruin the great experience:

The other PR Biobay located in the southwestern part of the RP.

Puerto Rico's bioluminescent bays with 3.

1. Mosquito Bay in Vieques an island (separated from the east coast of PR)
2. The Croabas lagoon (Laguna Grande), Fajardo (east coast of PR)
3. La Parguera (south coast of PR)

Mosquito Bay and Las Croabas berries are the brightest. La Parguera is not very good, but it is already too far. The Croabas in Fajardo, which is about 45 minutes from San Juan, and probably the best choice if you have little time. When you go to Mosquito Bay, then you have to take a ferry from Fajardo and probably spend the night. Also, try to check the moon calendar for the best night. Enjoy:)
