I think the belly-belly "that you describe is a complex phenomenon that includes:

1. abdominal adiposity (fat)
2. Expansion of the stomach (gastric contents, which it out)
3. Other subphrenic (below the diaphragm) in the abdominal organs and their contents (small intestine, large intestine)

In addition, there is a tendency to abdominal fat (people like me) who have pre-diabetes "business - also known as" Metabolic Syndrome X "or simply" syndrome X "and in my experience, this was the main cause of the abdominal . .. till he was on Glucophage (metformin) put and went fairly quickly with time.

A bit of both. A little relaxation and some fat (mostly men) gathered around the stomach.

Expands your stomach when you take large amounts of food. The belly is the belly fat that grows by eating too many unhealthy foods. Trans-fats, white bread, too much sugar (sodas and other sweetened drinks), fruit and vegetables is not enough that you want. Moreover, to aggravate the problem of lack of exercise. Alcohol is full of sugar, which can also cause excess body fat.

Cortisol is a hormone produced by stress and can also lead to the accumulation of abdominal fat.
